Separate graph-colors for data in the Flight Explorer Timeline
Please use different colors for the Altitude Terrain, AGL (both blue) and Pitch, Roll (both red) in the Timeline for better visual separation. Use green and black if possible.
Thanks for sharing this feedback. At present, all traces (except the Terrain trace) are different colours, however since related traces are shades of their correspending axis colour this is a little subtle. This scheme is fairly standard practice for multi-axis charts.
In the case of Terrain, it has gray fill/shaded area under it which helps with distinction.
When hovering over the chart, the marker icons are all different shapes to make linking series with the values tooltip easier.
If we were to change to completely disparate colours, do you have any suggestions for how to make the linking with corresponding axis obvious? Open to ideas, thanks.
