Users Choose Notifications

I have been speaking with our team in the Philippines this week. I discovered that they are using workarounds for Mark notifications when one aircraft moves to a new region where the flight follower does not normally track that aircraft. They use a different text messaging system. The issue is that it requires an admin to set the notifications to their phone for a new aircraft that they aren’t already allowed to track. It would be great if admin could set which aircraft other users are able to configure notifications for. Then the user could select which notifications they want from each aircraft. This would allow users to easily adjust their settings when they find themselves tracking a different aircraft than they normally do.
