Deactivation of SOS on keypad

Hi

We do experience a few accidental sos activations on the units every now and again

While one can activate the SOS from the keypad via bluetooth, one can not close the SOS status while flying in the aircraft, can we look at enabling the deactivation from keypad?

    Hi Jovan,

    Thanks for reaching out with this situation and request. We have heard this feedback from other customers as well, and are in the final stages of testing a solution for being able to cancel an SOS from the cockpit, and having this status appropriately handled and displayed in the web and mobile products. Initially, this will include a long press of the Spider or physical keypad accessory SOS button. We will later enable cancelling via the mobile app keypad as well. Please let me know if the latter is what you were specifically referencing in your request; knowing this may help me get this work done sooner. Thanks
