Add a toggle on the Flight Explorer chart to show Track data when FDM data is incomplete

At present, track data is displayed until FDM data loads (if available), then it switches over. If the FDM data is incomplete (due to no cell at end of track), it would be useful to be able to force display back to Track data. Add a toggle to enable this.

    Just experiencing this issue. I like the idea of switching to high res once you have all the data. Until then, keep it at low res track data so that information can be seen.
