It appears right now that all admins can see all Insights. It is nice that notifications can be customized so not everyone has to get those. However, we would like it if we could have a little more control over permissions regarding insights. We would like something like a “master admin” who can delegate admin privileges to other “regular admins” and choose which of the admins can access Insights. This would be more inline with how we plan to use FOQA on our other aircraft. We need to have multiple admins because they are working in multiple time zones and need to be able to set their accounts and contacts up themselves.
Is there a way to do this now, or in the future?
Thanks for sharing this request and the context. This is not possible at present, however the need is understood and we have a couple of options for how we could add support. The most logicial one builds on the User Groups functionality we are about to release, so we should be able to better define, scope and estimate that for prioritisation in the coming months.
