As for EASA requirement in Hems operations, we are implementing the flight following with Spidertrack system but in case of SOS Tier 1 or Tier 2 message we receive an SMS, an email and the the aircraft icons became a red teardrop, with NO audio message.
Is it possible to add this feature in one of the next updates? A sound that attracts the attention of the operator, selectable in the web-based page option, like an SOS ...---... repeated until acknowledged or to a customized timeout? After a specific request it was added now in web-based app, but not yet in the mobile apps.
Thanks for submitting this request. We are exploring options for enabling notifications for SOS etc natively in the app, as we understand the convenience and additional benefits this can offer - including being able to trigger periodic notifications and interact with SOS workflows. Unfortunately we don't have a timeframe on this yet.
