Emergency Drill Support

For emergency drill purposes, add an icon/link to the Admin back office in which the customer can select an aircraft and have a simulated Tier 1 alert issued for that particular aircraft at any location they choose throughout the world. If not closed within the 15-minute timeframe, the drill alert would automatically progress and send a Tier 2 alert (text and/or email as set up by each customer for that particular aircraft). The text/email should start off with wording such as "This is a DRILL", or let each customer pre-fill exactly how they would like it worded to let everyone know it is only a drill.
