Mgmt Reporting - Flight History 10,000 Line/Tracks Download Capability - Large Fleets

Current Tracks Download only has a capability of 2500 lines or tracks. For large aircraft fleet like ours, this only gets us 5-6 months worth of data/Flight History. This should be increased to 10,000 Tracks/Lines of Data or at the very least 5000 lines or tracks, specifically for large fleets/customers - Customer Service. This is probably a server capacity issue at Vellox/SpiderTracks, which really relates to Customer Service/Support to the client. Please increase the lines/tracks available to meet Client/Customer Service needs.

I would love to be able to pull 3 to 5 years of data at a time as we look for trends. With the current capacity of 2500 Tracks/Lines, I can't pull 1 year worth!
